Payment
Payment for our services is due as specified in your service agreement. We accept payment via bank transfer (BACS). Invoices are issued for all monthly and annual plans.
Term and Termination
The term of your service will be as specified in your service agreement. You may terminate your service by providing written notice as outlined in your agreement. Upon termination, you will be responsible for any fees incurred up to the termination date.

IN NO EVENT WILL ASPINA, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
Indemnification

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
